# Daily Prayer to Our Lady of Mount Carmel O Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Mother of Jesus and my Mother, as I wear this Scapular, I entrust myself to you in a special way. May it remind me always of my dignity as a Christian, called to serve others with charity and to imitate your humility, purity, and obedience. Under your maternal protection, help me to wear this Scapular faithfully as a sign that I belong to the family of Carmel. Teach me to do the will of God freely and generously, as you did with your loving “yes.” Form my heart according to your Son’s Heart. Guide me to live in prayer, in justice, and in peace, and to help build a world faithful to God’s plan of communion and love. Protect me in life, assist me at the hour of death, and lead me safely to Jesus. Our Lady of Mount Carmel, pray for me.
